After a long time I visit Laos again and stay in a mountain village near Phu Kun in northern Laos. The weather was cold at nighttime with about 12 degree.

In a small river I found some new described salamander (Laotriton laoensis, Stuart & Papenfuss 2002) and on a market in Louang prabang I see some cocoon of a Saturniidae species (Antheraea frithi).
