I visit a water reservoir in Nakhon Ratchasima province to look for some wader bird's. These year was not much rain so it was very hot and dry and the reservoir was only a half of it's normal size.

After some day's of raining I stay in Phu Pan. Now the dipterocarp forest was fresh and green. Many butterfly's I see on day time and some of them from the genus Charaxes feeding on a death crab and scorpion. Very interesting was also a temporary swamp with carnivorous plants on a sandstone plateau.
